  • We're looking for a hardworking Enterprise Technology Sales Person with a curious mind and a servant’s heart.

  • We're looking for someone that is self-motivated and doesn't require coddling or micro-management to go above and beyond.

  • We’re looking for someone who is well connected within enterprise companies in verticals such as Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Utilities.

  • We’re looking for someone who has experience selling technical products or services to Marketing and IT decision makers at enterprise sized companies.


Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new leads from LinkedIn and personal network

  • Managing and growing partner relationships with Sitecore and other technology partners

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, processes, and pipelines

  • Creating sales presentations, collateral and proposals

  • Conducting sales presentations with prospects and partners

  • Engaging with leads and nurturing them through the sales process


Requirements


  • Professional demeanor, technically savvy and extremely personable

  • Comfortable talking with C-suite, VP, and Directors of Marketing and IT

  • A consultative sales style

  • Self-motivated, highly driven and results oriented without being overbearing or overpromising

  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with prospects 

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Excellent technical presentation and communication skills

  • Good writing skills and knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation

This position is located in 78749 Southwest Austin Texas and is on-site only. At Engagency, we believe that people do their best work when they have a team of people to collaborate and coordinate with, in person. We find that work is more meaningful when it's done with a sense of community, and you have a good group of people to share lunch and talk with every day.
