(AUSTIN, TEXAS) Award-winning digital transformation agency Engagency announces the opening of its new East Coast office.
The new location in Reston, Va., is part of the agency’s plans to grow its enterprise technology practices and partnerships, expand business development on the East Coast, and add new verticals. Engagency’s new Chief Revenue Officer Keith Dezern will head the new office.
“We are pleased to expand our award-winning digital services and clientele from the tech-rich Texas hub of Austin to Reston - the ‘Silicon Valley’ of the East Coast,” said Engagency President and CEO Jason Perry. “We believe this expansion will build long-lasting partnerships with our clients that can grow as we continue to ride the innovation evolution of digital transformation in both private and public sectors.” he said.
The Mid-Atlantic anchor will help Engagency serve the Midwest, Southeast and Northeast more effectively, Perry said. Future plans include business development and a hiring expansion. Dezern will drive new revenue growth, expand offerings and create new partnerships in health care, financial services and manufacturing, he said.
Engagency is consistently ranked one of the top digital agencies and customer service experts in the world, and Engagency plans to expand its expertise into strategic digital services for clients with new digital-experience platforms Optimizely, inRiver, Digizuite, Salesforce and more.
Prior to Engagency, Dezern served as vice president of Reingold Inc. in Arlington, Va., and he is a veteran in building new technology practices and expanding practice verticals. Prior to Reingold, Dezern built a manufacturing/B2B vertical at Siteworx (now named Shift7 Digital), headquartered in Reston, Va., and invested in and worked with startups in digital marketing and telecommunications. He also served for 10 years in multiple roles with AOL in Dulles, Va.
