Engagency is seeking an intrinsically motivated ASP.NET/C# Developer who is eager to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will apply and develop your skills and experience working on projects for market leading companies in manufacturing, financial, and professional services industries. You'll work in a highly creative and collaborative environment with other young innovative professionals. You will be trained and certified on Sitecore CMS, the award winning enterprise Web Content Management (WCM) system. You'll enjoy the many lunch options, shops, and services within walking distance of our office in North Chattanooga.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in ASP.NET and C# and have experience building large-scale web-based .NET solutions. 1+Years required
- Strong database skills are required, including SQL, schema design, and stored procedures
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web standards
- Good troubleshooting and reverse engineering skills
- Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design of complex systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Experience with Visual Studio (2005, 2008) and .NET Framework (3.5)
- Proven strong and effective analytical problem solving skills
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow directions and code against functional and technical requirements
- Extremely detail oriented and dependable
Desired Skills:
- Enterprise Level Content Management System (CMS) Implementation
- Experience with .NET-Based E-Commerce Implementations (AbleCommerce or AspDotNetStore
- Experience developing mission critical applications for Enterprise customers
- AJAX / jQuery
- Solid familiarity with XML (XPATH, XSLT), .NET XML Web Services, SOAP
- Microsoft Developer Certification a plus.
- Sitecore Developer Experience / Certification
